2. How does the livestream delivery work?
Once your order is picked up, a secure camera inside the delivery vehicle streams the entire trip. Customers receive a unique access code that allows them to view their order in real time until it is safely delivered.
3. Is my food safe during delivery?
Yes. Orders are stored in temperature-controlled warmers and secured in designated compartments inside the delivery vehicle. Drivers do not have open access to customer food after it is sealed at pickup.
4. Who can see the livestream?
Only the customer receiving the order (and authorized Secure View staff for safety monitoring) can access the livestream using a unique, time-limited access code.
5. Do drivers handle my food directly?
Drivers handle the sealed, packaged order only. Once it is placed in the secure compartment, it remains untouched until delivery.
6. What areas do you currently serve?
Service availability depends on launch phase and demand.
7. How is Secure View different from other delivery apps?
Unlike traditional delivery platforms, Secure View adds a live transparency layer. Customers don’t just receive updates they can actively watch their delivery in real time for added trust and accountability.
8. What happens if there is a delivery issue?
If there is a delay, damage, or system issue, customers can contact support immediately. All deliveries are tracked and recorded for resolution and verification purposes.
9. Is the livestream recorded?
Depending on your policy, you can say:
Option A (privacy-focused): Livestream is view-only and not stored after delivery.
Option B (security-focused): Limited recordings may be stored for safety, dispute resolution, and quality control.
10. How do I become a partner restaurant or vendor?
Restaurants can apply through our “Partner With Us” program to integrate Secure View delivery services and offer customers a more transparent delivery experience.
11. How do I join as a driver?
Drivers can apply through our hiring portal. Requirements typically include a valid license, reliable vehicle (or company vehicle assignment), and passing a background screening.
12. Is Secure View Technology available on mobile apps?
A mobile app is planned to allow customers to place orders, track deliveries, and access livestream feeds from their phones.
13. Is my personal information secure?
Yes. Customer data is protected using secure encryption and is only used for order fulfillment, tracking, and support purposes.
